报告内容简介:

Undaria pinnatifida is a type of seaweed originated from North Asia. It infested New Zealand marine water in 1980s and was termed as an invasive species. Department of Conservation had some success in eradicate this species in certain areas. However, failed to eliminate this seaweed in most areas of New Zealand, the government acknowledged it can be utilised as a seafood product. In order to make U. pinnatifida a useful resource, we have conducted a full range of research on NZ U. pinnatifida, including food and biomedical use.
